TODCO’S website is owned and operated by The Oakleigh Doughnut Co Pty Ltd (ABN: 26616539952). By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the Terms, Conditions and Disclaimers.

By purchasing an item that is sold on this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. TODCO may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. These amendments will become effective immediately and your continued use of this website, after amendment, constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those amended Terms and Conditions.

All material on this website, including, but not limited to images, logos, font, branding, illustrations, ideas and flavours are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, which are owned and controlled by www.todco.com.au and its related entities. Allergens

Our products may contain allergens that you may be allergic to. The Allergen Matrix that we have provided on our website should only be used as a guide. Unfortunately due to the nature of the preparation and serving areas we cannot guarantee our products to be free from food allergens. Consumption of our products is at your own discretion and TODCO will not be held liable. 

Order cut off & pick up times 

All orders must be placed no later than 5pm for next day pick-up. You will not be able to place an order after 5pm for a next day pick-up. 

Store pick-up times are between;
Oakleigh 9:30am - 7pm
South Yarra 11am - 7pm
Richmond 11:30am - 7pm
Chadstone 9:30am - 7pm

 

In-store specials & offers

Any specials or offers for a particular event that we have in-store, will not be available on our website.

Specials are only available in-store on that particular day and will not be honored prior to the event. If you have pre-ordered online prior to the event, we will not honor the special via a partial credit or partial refund.

 

No show for pick-up orders

TODCO will not be liable and will not issue a refund if the purchaser does not collect their order from the selected store on the day of pick up. If the purchaser is late to collect their order, we will contact the purchaser and inform them that we will hold onto their items until close of business. If the purchaser does not collect by close of business, TODCO will not hold the product overnight for the purchaser to collect the following day. This is due to health and safety regulations. 


Cancellations by you
Orders can be cancelled by you if we are given a minimum 24 hours notice from the scheduled pick-up time. If you wish to cancel your order, an email must be sent to hello@todco.com.au with your cancellation requests. Cancellations cannot be made via phone, voice message or in-store. 

Cancellation of orders incurs a $30 administrative fee. Your money will be refunded less this fee. Refunds cannot be made in store and will only be paid by electronic transfer. If cancellation is received less than 24 hours notice from the scheduled pick-up time, there will be no refund paid to you. If a refund is warranted, this may take up to 10 business days.

If you decide to change the scheduled date of pick-up, TODCO will accept and change the date as long as we were notified before the 24 hour deadline. There will not be an administrative fee of $30 associated if we are notified before the 24 hour deadline. 

 

Cancellations by us

In the  event where we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we hold the right to cancel your order and we will provide a full refund to you. Refunds may take up to 10 business days.


Refunds after purchasing products
Should you need to enquire about a refund, you will need to send an email to hello@todco.com.au

TODCO staff in-store will not be able to assist with any related refund requests, nor will they be able to assist with information. Any related refund enquiry must be emailed within 24 hours of purchase for it to be assessed by us. Not doing so within a 24 hour time frame will void any refund requests. A receipt along with photo evidence must be provided for us to review your enquiry. A partial refund or partial credit will only be paid on the particular product in question. A full refund or full credit will only be made if the entire order has been compromised.

TODCO management holds the right to accept or reject a refund after we assess the circumstances. If a refund has been approved by management, it may take up to 10 business days for your account to be credited.

 

Out of stock ingredients & supply chain

In the event where we are unable to fulfill an order due to ingredient shortages, out of stock items, or issues with supply chain, we hold the right to amend or cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as possible and ask you if you would like to amend your order. If you do not want to amend your order, we will happily provide a refund. Refunds may take up to 10 business days and will be paid via electronic transfer.

 

E-Gift Cards and Physical Gift Cards

E-Gift Cards are sold on our website and in-store. 
Physical Gift Cards are sold in-store only. 

Both E-Gift Cards and Physical Gift Cards can only be used in-store. Gift cards can be used at any TODCO store location. Gift Cards cannot be used for online purchases. Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced or accepted. Gifts Cards can not be used to purchase another Gift Card and is not redeemable for cash. No change will be given, but the balance may be applied for future purchases. You can top up your gift card with funds at any time.
